Professional Postgraduate Programmes: Useful Models for Theological Educators?

This seminar paper outlines the author’s thinking on the subject of professional postgraduate qualifications and the long and difficult process he undertook to put in place just such a programme on urban mission in the International Christian College, Glasgow. It gives wisdom and good advice to others contemplating a similar task.  This paper was presented by David Smith as visiting lecturer, to the students of the Centre for Theological Education, Belfast, in 2006 .
