Towards greater effectiveness in training

While accepting that theological education in India is strong and useful, the author points up some key areas in which it needs to develop. These include curriculum revision, field research, mission exposure, learning from alumni, fellowship groups in seminary, more debate opportunities and faculty development programmes.
