Resourcing and networking theological educators worldwide

This article surveys the models in operation, how theological educators see themselves and their tasks and where these patterns of understanding originate. It goes on to study the role and gifting of “teacher” in the New Testament as a correcting model for our task. It concludes with a series of key pieces of advice for being a teacher of theology today, especially in how we relate to and teach students. These are the notes from a presentation by Graham Cheesman to faculty of Belfast Bible College, May 2010.
