This is the sixth chapter in Excellence in Theological Education (published in English by Lanka Press and as an on-demand book by amazon.com. It also exists in Spanish, Portuguese and Amharic). This chapter discusses the various ways that curriculum is understood. Curriculum should equip specific students for ministry within a specific context and includes character formation. It is creatively taught by teachers whose lives illustrate what they are saying. There is no perfect curriculum where “one size fits all.” Includes a brief bibliography and discussion questions.
