It also exists in Spanish, Portuguese and Amharic).  An excellent leadership training institution is adequately funded to do what the strategic plan says should be done.  This chapter discusses how a school can take responsibility for its financial health. This involves building healthy partnerships and maintaining good relationships with friends, churches and ministries, and especially with students once they graduate. Includes a brief bibliography and discussion questions.
